What to expect during your session
Each individual therapy session lasts approximately one hour. During this time, you can expect a safe and confidential space where you can heal, process, and openly discuss current and past mental health struggles and challenges with a compassionate professional.

We accept private pay through our secure online payment services. Please be aware of our policies regarding missed appointments and cancellations:
